SN Creative Tech provides mobile app and web development services. The scope of work, timeline, and payment terms will be defined in individual project agreements with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for the execution of the project.
  • Timely Feedback: Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays in the project timeline.

4. Project Delivery

  • Completion: Upon completion of the project, SN Creative Tech will deliver the app or website to the client.
  • Acceptance: The client will have a specified period to review and accept the deliverables. Any issues should be reported during this period.

5. Post-Delivery

  • No Responsibility for Use: Once the project is delivered, SN Creative Tech is not responsible for how the client uses the app or website, including any misuse or illegal activities.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Post-delivery maintenance and updates are not included unless specified in the project agreement.

6. Payment Terms

  • Invoices: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the project agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the deliverables remain with SN Creative Tech until full payment is received. Upon payment, the rights will be transferred to the client.
  • Usage Rights: The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

8. Confidentiality

  • Client Information: SN Creative Tech agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent.
  • Project Details: Both parties agree to keep the project details confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

SN Creative Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Termination

  • By Client: The client may terminate the project at any time with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.
  • By SN Creative Tech: We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client breaches these terms or fails to make payments.

11. Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
